just a great skier. that is all.

talked to this guy at Slope Style in Breck the other day. he's a good dude and the fun he has shows through in his skiing... and his elegant roll-away antics.

Five Full Runs

Tanner Hall crushing to possibly the most unexpected music ever to appear in any 'action' sports edit.

pow-plow

some of the most consistently over head deep snow i have ever seen. along with effective gopro usage and pure energetic excitement this edit is a win.

rocktacular! and a new level in runnin' train.

this euro vid does two things... 1) revives scream rock in ski videos and 2) takes 'ski trains' (long lines of friends hitting features in a row) to a next level.

They Should Just Call Themselves Meth and Red

Casabon and Harlaut. If I were that high I would would ski adopt that sloppy-steeze too. Not that I could claim to do it as well or go as big as they do.

Mother of all Tramps

This post sounds like either an awesome porn title or a bad 'yo momma joke. It is neither. Just the most badass trampolineing you will ever see. Every double looks like a lazy gainer and there are more triples than you can shake a stick at.

Final Wingsuit post

After this there is no more need to make wing suit edits. Unless of course these maniacs start flying through major cities. Challenge submitted.

What's in a Title? It's deep pow. period.

Salomon FSTV will become a trend on this blog. (except the shit episodes of which there are a few, but anything with Mike Douglas or Mark Abma is a go)

Dylan Reider: Fashion Skateboarding

What I like about this guy (and not just his skating) is that you can tell he does what he wants. He dresses the way he wants; like a model. And he skates the way he wants; like a designer. It seems like his parts, especially this one, are more about how his tricks look than how tech they are or how gnarly the feature he is doing them on is. No one's skating is more well composed.

Pow Jibbin'

Butters abound in this powder fantasy. Switch landings, not to mention switch pillow-lines, are epic but not quite as good as the switch landing fails. Nick McNutt though, what a terrible fake name.

DRAGONFEST '94!!!!!

The Hotpossie crew delivers again. Death defying drinking, unsponsorable skiing and boobies. Illicit skate-bar boobies. I would feel sorry for this girl if she weren't so smashed and probably attention whoring that she hardly makes an effort to cover her self. Dragonfest-ta-death.

Whack-tastic

This kid, whoever and wherever he is, is really pushing creative park skiing. No line is off limits, no trick un-thinkable (nose tap/hook on the front of a bonk?). The music sucks but I have to imagine that is intentional. Reminds me of 'Traveling Circus' (but without the ugly van-living scenes).

Zombies Too Beautiful

This game trailer for 'Dead Island' is a work of art on its own. I don't care what the game is like, I could just watch this and be happy.

Pool Shred FTW

Arto Saari makes another appearance (twice and for all?) in what has to look like the most fun pool shred ever. Most of the time when you see a pool being skated it is in the hot sun in the middle of a shitty neighborhood, or an abandoned desert motel or somewhere else less than desirable. It is rare (although seemingly less so these days since more pros are getting PAID and therefore PAYING to build their own) that a well shaped pool is in a chill place, and Arto's looks the chillest. It looks good, skates good, and has plenty of big names to explore its subtle design. Even the dog looks like he wants to jump on a board. I definitely would.

What a Roadtrip Should Be

One of the most fantastically fantasy inspiring webisode series I have ever seen. The desolation of the Baja Desert alone make this a must watch, add in the motorcycles, supreme production, and of course the constant threat of Mexican drug cartels and I be you will not stop watching this series until you finish it. And if you are like me it wont be long until you are watching it again.
